Logistics

None of my sessions require an elite level of fitness, nor do they require you to be outdoors oriented. I welcome those who thrive in the outdoors already and those who are curious to explore nature in a way they haven’t before.

There is no expectation to walk at a certain pace or even in any particular direction, you are free to sit, rest or meander intuitively. There will be moments of reflection and contemplation about the nature around you, bringing this back to your own inner processes.

Formalities

Therapy can be hugely rewarding, through patience and commitment to the process. This is why I encourage people to find a therapist and space that feels right for them. In light of this,
I offer a free, initial assessment (a conversation over phone or video call), which provides an opportunity for you to meet me, ask any questions and get a better sense of suitability. If we are both happy to move forward, we will arrange our first session.

CYP

I work with children and young people who are experiencing early or moderate difficulties – anyone with higher mental health needs should receive a more appropriate or specialist service from a different source. I do not offer therapy for under 12s privately or online, I do work in-person with with under 12s as part of schools and organisations. However, please contact a GP who will help you to access the right service.
