Sometimes we hit road blocks, frustrated at life and how things have unfolded, perhaps asking ourselves how we got here and wondering how to move forward. We can find ourselves repeating unhelpful patterns or habits and our inner voice can be unkind. Sometimes we suffer trauma, sometimes we suffer multiple traumas and they may leave us in emotional distress, feeling stuck and powerless. There are all kinds of reasons people seek out therapy, it can be a source of support and a safe space to nuture growth and healing.

 

Lots of therapy information can often sound formal, even clinical and understandably can feel daunting to approach. In my private practice you will just find kindness, and a cup of tea, and lots of expertise rattling around my head to support you with.
